After you pay for the course and pass the final exam, we will electronically notify the DC DMV of your successful completion. The DMV will remove the points from your record and notify you via e-mail or mail once removed. You do not have to visit or contact the DC DMV. For your convenience, you may download a completion certificate for your records. If necessary, rush processing of your completion certificate to the Washington DC DMV can be added — for a small fee.

Must I complete this course in one sitting?

Many participants complete the course the same day that they enroll, but this is not required. Just make sure that you complete the course prior to your due date and pay all necessary fees.
What about my due date?

Please make sure to complete our course a few days in advance of your due dates and pay all necessary fees. We will electronically notify the DC DMV of your successful completion. The DMV will remove the points from your record and notify you via e-mail or mail once removed. You do not have to visit or contact the DC DMV. Unfortunately, we cannot contact the DMV on your behalf to request a due date extension.
